Weekly Moms' Group (aka your new favorite hour of the week)
Think of it as therapy meets education meets adult conversation—with pelvic floor pros and fellow moms who get it. Come for the knowledge, stay for the laughs, tears, and solidarity.
Small Group Fitness Classes (because you're strong AF, not just “mom strong”)
Safe, smart, and sweaty. These classes are built specifically for prenatal and postpartum bodies—focusing on strength, stability, core and pelvic floor rehab, and zero pressure to “bounce back.” Babies welcome, meltdowns expected, judgment not allowed.
Mother + Kid Friendly Environment
Your kid can cry, snack, nurse, or crawl into your plank—we’ve seen it all, and we love it. No need to find a sitter. Just show up as you are (sippy cup in hand and spit-up on shirt optional).
Expert Guidance to Meet You Where You Are
Led by pelvic floor physical therapists and coaches who specialize in pregnancy and postpartum. We know how to modify, challenge, and actually support your body—not shame it.

You spend an hour with your therapist, every time. No technicians, no PTAs, just you and your DPT.
Have a question between sessions? Just text your therapist! We respond to text and email in between sessions with all of our clients.
Out of network providers do not fall under the same constraints as insurance, allowing us to make the best choices together to help you meet your goals.
Our therapists are board certified in Sports Physical Therapy, Pregnancy and Postpartum Physical Therapy, and Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy. Less than 1,000 PTs in the WORLD hold ALL of these Board Certifications.
We work with Registered Dieticians who specialize in nutrition for athletes, pregnant and postpartum moms, busy families, and people with conditions such as heart disease, high-blood pressure, and high cholesterol.
Can't make it into the office? That's ok! We offer telehealth options for ALL of our clients, holding licensing in multiple states to make access easy for everyone.
