Meghan Rohde, PT, DPT, PhD, SCS

Meghan Rohde

Co-Owner and Founder

Meghan found her love of fitness at a young age. From the time she was 13 years old, she started lifting weights in the high school weight room because her JV Field coach was the offensive line coach for the football team and didn't know any different way to train athletes. Since then, her fitness endeavors have included track and field, swimming, softball, CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, endurance running, and body building. She has held multiple state (AZ) and national records in Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting, and qualified for the CrossFit Legends Masters Games in 2021, placing 15th in the world. A mom to a VERY active 6 year-old, Meghan loves fitness in all forms that help her blow off steam and keep up with her wild child.

Meghan holds a PhD in Human and Sports Performance from Rocky Mountain University, a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana, a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma, and is a Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialist.

Leah Mycofsky, PT, MS, DPT, CSCS

Co-Owner and Founder

Leah has always been active.

She started out as a rower in high school, then in college ran 3 marathons before discovering she would rather be lifting.

After that she got into bodybuilding before transitioning to powerlifting and crossfit.

She also loves hiking, gardening, and chasing after her two dogs. Leah’s goal is to help people get in the gym and STAY in the gym while overcoming their fears of not being able to do what they love.

Leah holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from New York Medical College and a Masters in Exercise Science from Georgia Southern University.

She is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist & CrossFit Level 1 Coach.
