Co-Owner and Founder
Meghan holds a PhD in Human and Sports Performance from Rocky Mountain University, a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana, a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma, and is a Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialist.
Leah Mycofsky
Co-Owner and Founder
Leah holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from New York Medical College and a Masters in Exercise Science from Georgia Southern University.
She is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist & CrossFit Level 1 Coach.
Coach Leah was recommended to me through a friend and I cannot recommend her highly enough! I had tried, unsuccessfully, to start running/cardio exercise on my own, but found my body was simply not conditioned to the motions I was throwing at it.
Just after a month, I’ve already started to see changes in my body- my shoulders are stronger so I need to size up for my tops. My joints don’t hurt as much and my back pain has subsided because Leah has pinpointed important structural muscles that need to be exercised in order to support my posture.
