You may be taking a GLP-1 medication and seeing the scale change, but still wondering:
🤨Am I losing muscle along with body fat?
🤨Am I eating enough protein?
🤨Why do I feel weaker during my workouts?
🤨What exercises should I be doing now?
🤨How do I support my bones and long-term health?
🤨How will I maintain my results?
🤨Can I pursue weight loss without constantly criticizing my body?
Strength Lab was created to help you answer those questions.
Is Strength Lab only for women using GLP-1 medications?
No.
Strength Lab is designed for women in perimenopause and menopause who want to improve their strength, muscle health, body composition, nutrition, and confidence.
Some participants use GLP-1 medications, while others do not.
Can I strength train during perimenopause and menopause?
For most women, strength training can be an important part of supporting muscle, bone, physical function, and long-term health during perimenopause and menopause.
Your program should reflect your health history, current symptoms, joint concerns, exercise experience, and medical guidance.
Can I strength train while using a GLP-1 medication?
Many women can participate in strength training while using a GLP-1 medication.
Your starting point should reflect your health history, current symptoms, nutrition intake, energy levels, exercise experience, and medical guidance.
What makes this a hybrid coaching program?
You receive personalized coaching and programming, but you also complete some workouts independently.
We teach you how to perform the exercises, follow your plan, and progress with confidence rather than requiring you to attend every workout in person.
There is an option for in-person training. If this is something that you are interested in, one of our team members will walk you through that.
What if I have never lifted weights before?
That is completely okay.
We will teach you the foundational movements, help you choose appropriate resistance, and make sure you understand how to perform each exercise.
You do not need previous gym experience to join.
What if I already work out?
Strength Lab can help you make your training more intentional.
We can identify whether your current program provides enough progressive resistance, recovery, and structure to support your goals during perimenopause, menopause, or GLP-1 medication use.
Can you help if I have joint pain or a previous injury?
Because Strength Lab is supported by physical therapists and strength professionals, we can consider your injury history, joint concerns, mobility, pelvic health, and current symptoms when building your plan.
Some concerns may require a separate physical therapy evaluation before or alongside the program.
Will you give me a restrictive meal plan?
No.
Our nutrition support focuses on practical habits, adequate protein, meal structure, energy, recovery, and sustainable decision-making.
The goal is to help you develop a way of eating that supports your health without creating another cycle of restriction and guilt.
Do I have to weigh myself?
No.
Body weight may be one piece of information, but it is not the only way we measure progress.
Strength, energy, consistency, confidence, physical function, body composition, and other meaningful changes also matter.
Is Strength Lab a replacement for medical care?
No.
Strength Lab does not prescribe or manage hormones or GLP-1 medications.
Medication and hormone decisions should be made with your qualified medical provider. Our program provides strength, nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness support alongside your existing medical care.
Where is Strength Lab located?
Everywhere! We are a hybrid program. Strength Lab offered through Revolution Wellness Collective in Milford, New Hampshire, serving clients throughout Southern New Hampshire and nearby communities.
